In 2016, we started as real estate wholesalers by flipping properties to rehabbers. We realized quickly that wholesaling was demanding and time consuming. We wanted passive income without the hassles of tenants, trash, and toilets – so we became note buyers. For us, mortgage note investing has been a unique and profitable way to invest in real estate. Instead of purchasing physical property, we purchase the debt owed on a property in the form of a mortgage note. We’re committed to helping people achieve their financial goals through the power of mortgage note investing.

As co-founder of NoteTerra Capital, I have a background as a registered nurse with extensive experience in managed care and a deep understanding of healthcare finance. My journey in healthcare sparked a passion for helping clients reach financial wellness, leading me to become a licensed health, life, and annuities sales agent and a mortgage note investor.
By blending my nursing background with financial expertise, I guide clients in making informed decisions about their health and finances.
My goal is to create strategies that promote financial stability and peace of mind for individuals and families navigating both health and financial landscapes.
